Divemeets 101

Navigating the world of diving meets can be tricky, but we are hoping that these instructions can help set you up and/or make sure your account is up to date.

  • For those creating an account for the first time - follow the steps listed below.
  • For those returning parents who already have an account and remember their passwords, you can jump to step second explanation!

Divemeet.com is one of the main websites divers will use to register for events. Both - local and nationals meet registrations go through this site so it is important to keep information updated and accurate!

Before we get started, you will need:

  • Your AAU Membership ID (You can find this information for our team here*)
  • Your USA Diving Membership ID (the one you purchased right after you registered though usadiving.org)


*Note: You must be registered for our current Season in order to access/be a part of this list. You also need to be logged in to your account.

First time creating an account:

  1. Follow the link listed below to head over to the website. The link will take you directly to where you will create an account: Divemeet User Registration.
  2. Fill out the information requested as needed by the site.
  3. Scroll down past the information you filled out and under "Organization Membership", click the first box for "Amateur Athletic Union (AAU)" (this is one of the first ones listed) and "USA Diving" (this is one of the last ones listed).
  4. Scroll all the way down and hit "register". You will notice how the page refreshes and just shows you the same page again. That is OK! Scroll down all the way and you will see a couple of drop down menu's show up.
  5. For the AAU membership, you will copy and paste your AAU memberships ID you have now.
  6. For the USA Diving membership, you will add your membership ID you received when you registered.

Returning Parents with an Account

  1. Follow the link listed below to head over to the website. The link will take you directly to the login site. Divemeets Website.
  2. Once you are loged in, hoover over the "Update" information area and you will be able to update your "account".
  3. Make sure the information is accurate - and hit update. You will notice how the page refreshes and just shows you the same page again. That is OK! Scroll down all the way and you will see a couple of drop down menu's show up. This is the part you are updating! You will add your new USA Diving and AAU Diving Membership.
  4. IMPORANT: Please make sure that the "Coach of Record" shows Coach Jean Luc, Listed as: "Miralda, Jean Luc". This will be the easiest way for us to help edit your divers dive in the future.

Step 2: The information you fill in here should be your divers. Not yours. The email you use should also be the same one you have on file for our dive team!

Step 3: These are the boxes you will checkmark! Make sure they are the ones for AAU and USA Diving!

Step 4-6: This will show up once you hit "Register" and scroll down all the way! Add the information as we provided it and you should be set.

Click the delete icon again to confirm. Click escape to cancel.
