Join us for an inspiring, exciting week of diving at the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center, staging venue of the 2028 Diving Olympic Events, in sunny Pasadena, California!
Whether you’re looking to refine your fundamentals, master new dives, or experience world-class coaching in a fun, supportive, and team-driven environment, this camp is designed for YOU!
Get ready for five days of training, team-building activities, and a one-of-a-kind experience that will leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and more inspired than ever!

Morning Session
✔ Warm-up & flexibility training
✔ Water session focusing on fundamentals, technique, and new dive progressions
✔ Small group coaching for personalized instruction
✔ Dryland training: trampoline drills, spotting belt work, strength & conditioning
Noon Session
✔ Break to refuel & recover
✔ Team-building games & challenges
✔ Guest speakers, Q&A, and/or video review session (classroom work to understand mechanics of diving)
Afternoon Session
✔ Warm-up & flexibility training
✔ Water session focusing on dive progressions and board switching (drilling on using both 1 and 3 meter boards)
✔ Dryland training: trampoline drills, spotting belt work, strength & conditioning

It this an overnight camp?
At this time, we are working on overnight options to offer our divers! More details to come.
Where can I stay?
There are lots of local hotels in the Pasadena area. We recommend some local Airbnb's with your teammates!
Can our coach attend?
Yes! Coaches of 4 or more athletes can attend free. They must have a USA Diving coaches membership and pass all background checks.
What are the meal add-ons for?
Our facility has a local restaurant, Dave's Chillin'n'Grillin, which will allow your diver to get a meal during our noon break. These are full meals: wraps, sandwiches, etc.. We are just trying to make life a little simpler for you and your diver.
