Our private lessons are tailored to each athlete’s goals—whether you’re learning the basics, polishing technique, or preparing for competition. Flexible scheduling and expert instruction make private lessons the fastest way to grow in the sport.

All of our private lessons are 45 minutes long (except our dryland only lessons) and will vary depending on your diver goals and needs.

Dryland Trampoline Privates are 20 minutes long.

1. Check out the calendar listed below with available times and dates. Book the time you are looking to set your lesson for.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking time.
3. You will receive a follow-up email and invoice from ActiveNet (our official Rose Bowl software) with the lessons you have booked. You will have 2 hours to pay the invoice; otherwise, you will vacate the appointment time.
4. If you do not have an ActiveNet account, please create one: Rose Bowl Active Net.
5. Show up 15 minutes before your appointment in order to get stretching done and maximize your time.

What is your refund policy?

Once you have scheduled and paid for private lessons, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will not be given for missed lessons, canceled lessons, or any other circumstances. In the event the lessons were canceled on behalf of the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center due to events or circumstances that were beyond our control (i.e., contamination, lightning, instructor illness, etc.) you will automatically receive a credit on your RBAC account to use towards future bookings.

What is the 12-hour cancelation policy?

Our team must be notified at least 12 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a lesson for any reason. If a lesson is cancelled less than 12 hours in advance, no make-up lesson or credit will be available. If you cannot reach our coaches, please leave a voicemail message at (626)564-0330 ext. 404. Unfortunately, we are still obligated to charge for the missed lesson if the phone call and/or message is documented less than 12 hours in advance.

Can I tip or pay my coach directly?

No. Any agreement between client and coach for payment is forbidden. To avoid suspicion (and putting your coach in an awkward position), do not hand your instructor any type of payment for services (cash, check, venmo) at the facility or through any other means. Gifts/gift cards are appropriate as long as they are not in exchange for lessons.
